Kurzbiographie

Andrey Shatskov studierte Allgemeine und Indoeuropäische Vergleichende Sprachwissenschaft an der Staatlichen Universität St. Petersburg (Spezialist, 2003) und der Universität Leiden (M.A. 2005). Er hat zum Thema hethitische infixierte Verben promoviert (Kandidat der Wissenschaften am Institut für Sprachwissenschaft in St. Petersburg, 13. November 2007; Ph.D. an der Universität Leiden, 25. Oktober 2017). Andrey Shatskov war Forscher und leitender Forscher am Institut für Sprachwissenschaft in St. Petersburg (2006–2023) und Forscher an der Universität Neapel „L’Orientale“ (04.2024–03.2025). Ab Mai 2025 arbeitet Andrey Shatskov am Lehrstuhl für Vergleichende Sprachwissenschaft der Universität Würzburg am Projekt „ Das periphrastische Perfekt im Hethitischen: Entwicklung und Funktionen.“
