Master Programmes
MA Programmes in Ancient Near Eastern Studies (Master of Arts)
Ancient Near Eastern Studies can be read at the University of Würzburg in two separate two-year MA programmes: either Ancient Near Eastern Languages and Cultures alone (MA earning 120 ECTS points) or together with another discipline (MA earning 45 ECTS points; the discipline of the MA thesis [30 ECTS] can be selected). The prerequisite for taking the MA in Ancient Near Eastern Languages & Cultures is a BA in the same field or an equivalent degree (including Akkadian).
